Kevin- Trainer
Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. He has played baseball and coached high school baseball, umpires baseball because he loves the game , and he is completely invested in helping anyone he can reach their fitness goals. However, he's a Longhorns fan..horns down! But we won't hold that against him! Oh yeah..Boomer Sooner, Kevin!

Collin- Trainer
- Inside scoop on Collin!
Power lifting is his passion and if he’s in a gym he’s happy!! He is a multi sport athlete who fell in love with weight lifting. His words to live by: “Work for what you want!” He is a future pharmacist!! We are super blessed that Collin is a part of the family! Come say "Hi!"

Hi, I'm Katie! Super proud and grateful to own Signature Fitness! I am sports fanatic, a previous athlete, and a graduate from OU ..a really long time ago..Boomer! My family is my priority and I love helping others reach their fitness goals! The gym is my happy place and my words to live by are "YOLO!"
Signature Fitness is different than your average gym...
Gyms are a great place for exercise machines, but they were never designed to support people dealing with chronic illnesses or those at risk of health issues. You’ll notice the difference as soon as you walk through our doors. We’ve created an environment where everyone can feel comfortable and welcome—no matter their health struggles or level of fitness.
How it Works
Initial Assessment
Our first step together is to get clear on your goals and do a physical and nutritional assessment. We use the InBody tool to get a baseline understanding of your body composition and metabolic health.
Nutrition & Meal Planning
Based on your unique situation and goals, we’ll provide you with personalized nutrition recommendations and guidance on meal planning. You’ll also have access to our nutrition education program through a convenient online portal.
Tracking Results
One of the things that sets us apart from other fitness centers is that we work directly with your physician or physical therapist to be sure the program is safe and effective for you. We monitor your progress every 2 weeks and make changes as needed. If your physician refers you to our program, we send them a progress report every 30 days.
